Approach

This is how we design, produce and install your robots

With our case packing and palletising SPIDER ROBOTS, we offer quality, customised end-of-line automation with integration of all peripheral equipment.

Analysis

We start from your existing production environment. You receive a layout, detailed pricing and concise description of our solution.

Project planning

Together, we discuss the project file with all the technical details of the installation. If necessary, we adapt our proposal.

3D design

After your approval of the project file, we create a final technical layout. We convert this into a 3D design, which gives a clear picture of your installation.

Production

We produce the components of your installation and work out the line control. We connect all components so that they communicate with each other continuously.

Factory Acceptance Test

We build the complete installation, including peripherals. We then test them extensively in our workshop, for fast and efficient installation and start-up afterwards.

Transport and start-up

We transport all parts to your location and reassemble them on site. We train your employees to use the machine.

After-sales service

We continuously monitor your installation via real-time camera surveillance and adjust remotely if necessary. In addition, you count on our experienced service team.
