Automatic packaging
The Spider Case Packer packs goods into their secondary packaging such as boxes, trays or crates. It closes boxes automatically and provides labels if necessary.
Peripherals
It is possible to incorporate additional controls and automations before and after the Case Packer and Palletiser. These include weighing units, metal detectors, labelers and wrappers.
Automatic palletising
Finally, the Spider Palletiser places the boxes, trays or crates on pallets, with or without intermediate sheets. It wraps and labels the full pallets, after which they are removed for transport.

2D lay-out
Based on your data, we work out different 2D designs. Each option contains a clear description, detailed pricing and references from Spider Robots from your sector. This provides a first visual representation of the possible solutions..
3D technical design
After your assignment of the project and feedback, we make the necessary adjustments. We bring all agreements together in our project file, which we go over together. We then convert the plans into a technical 3D design. This gives you a realistic picture of your future installation.
Production
Once you have approved the design, we start production. We manufacture all components, work out the line control and build the entire installation in our factory.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Before the installation leaves for your company, we extensively test the entire line in our workshop. In doing so, we use your products to check and refine its operation. This gives a first impression of the line in action and ensures a smooth start-up.
Disassembly, transport, assembly, start-up and training
Our technicians dismantle the plant and transport everything to your premises. There, we assemble it all in the same way as in the factory. This makes installation and start-up quick and efficient. In addition, your employees receive thorough training to operate the EoL automation correctly.
After-sales service
