A robot palletiser for optimal product flow

Robotic palletisation

Supply of products

At the end of the line, the Spider Palletiser takes over your secondary packed products. Depending on the desired speed, it aligns them one by one, row by row or layer by layer.

Automatic palletising

Automatic palletising

The robot stacks the goods on the pallet or in the pallet box with extreme precision. If required, it adds intermediate sheets between the layers. Once fully stacked, the pallet is removed manually or automatically.

Palletising robot

Integration of peripherals

Thanks to its modular structure, it is possible to add extra controls and automations, tailored to your sector and products. Think, for example, of weighing units, destacking empty pallets and labellers.

Features List

The advantages of automatic palletising with Spider Robots

Palletising

Suitable for any product

The Spider Palletiser stacks the most diverse products, such as boxes, trays, crates, buckets, bags, jerry cans, coils and even full layers. You can easily create new stacking patterns yourself. And with the unique quick-change gripper system, you change product types in no time.

Robust, compact and easy to operate

The moving parts of the Spider Palletiser robot are all located above the working surface. This creates a compact palletising cell. You control it centrally via a large display, which continuously visualises the stacking process.

Palletising Belgium

Belgian product

We build the Spider Palletizer in Belgium. This ensures a fast and budget-friendly service. In addition, we build and test the entire installation with your products in advance. This ensures fast assembly and start-up in your company.

Automatic palletising of multiple lines

Making the frame of the Spider Palletiser as long as needed for your project. Thus, our machine simultaneously stacks products from several production lines on individual pallets side by side. Ideal for automatic loading and unloading of full and empty pallets.

Palletisation

Part of an overall project

We provide total solutions, taking into account production lines, available space and necessary aisles. In a total project, we integrate infeed and outfeed conveyors, weighing units, destackers of empty pallets, pallet wrappers and pallet labellers.

Budget-friendly

Thanks to standardisation, a streamlined construction process and quick installation and start-up, the Spider Palletiser is budget-friendly, with a short payback period of 1-2 years.

How much does automatic palletising cost?

The Spider Palletiser is a technological marvel. The interpolated axis control ensures that this servo-controlled robot moves quickly, vibration-free and smoothly. Thanks to our far-reaching standardisation and series production, the Spider is also a very budget-friendly robot.

The price for a palletising robot depends on several factors:

  • how many lines the robot palletises
  • which gripper is needed to palletise your products
  • which additional options you choose, such as interleaving, weighing, wrapping, labelling and automatic loading and unloading of empty and full pallets.

The Spider Palletiser stacks up to 16 lines simultaneously and palletises up to 25 products per minute, depending on the stacking pattern. Thanks to that high efficiency and the low investment cost, you can be sure of a short payback period of 1 to 2 years.
